Explanation: On each circle players line up at the bottom and then first player goes. They skate to the centre of the circle and stop then skate backwards to the beginning again, then skate forward and stop in the middle again and then do croosovers to the right side then crossovers back to the middle and crossovers to the right and back again then forward skate to the top of the circle and stop then backwards skating back to the start again. Then the next player goes.
