Y skates from the corner without a puck around the faceoff dot then breaks to the net to shoot. X makes a pass from the corner to Y then skates around the faceoff dot on his side of the ice and breaks to the net. The next player in the Y corner passes the puck. Tips: Encourage players to make a heads up pass. Pass the puck as the opposite player is turning around the dot. This drill is often used as a pre-game warmup.
