Blueline one-on-one

Explanation: F gains speed across the ice. D can start when F passes the edge of the center circle. D matches speed of F and maintains position on F, squeezing to the boards.

Tips: Have D keep F on his outside shoulder. Have D hold his stick at the blade end to force him to work on body position as the main means of defense, not stick checking.
