Stationary Passing

Explanation: Players stand facing each other and pass the puck back and forth. Players should make 5 forehand passes and then switch to 5 backhand passes.

Tips: Vary the distance between the players so players have to adjust with softer or harder passes. Remind the receiver to "give" with the pass.
