For age level: 14 to 16

Explanation: 3 man triangle. coach dumps puck in centermen gains control behind the net while the wingers are in front of the net forming a triangle. If the center passes to the left winger then the right winger goes from in front of the net to the centers posittion (behind the net_) the left winger takes the right wingers position or shoots (however no passes should be made in front of the net the person who the center first passes to should either put it back to the man down behind the net or shoot)and then the center would take his postiton and try to keep the cycle going for about two minutes before a shot

Tips: NO PASSES INFRONT OFTHE NET!!!!!! DEFENCEMEN WILL EASILY INTERCEPT IT DURING A GAME <<<<
