Harder version of a suicide

For age level: 14 to 16

Explanation: PLayers start on the goal line. Sprint to the blue line then back to the goal line, then go to the goal line at the opposite end of the ice and back. then To the red line and back to the goal line that they started at. then goal line to goal line that they started at. Blue line and back. then goal line and bacl. then goal line and back again.

Tips: After One of these, your players should be extremly tired. Have them take 2 slow laps around after.
