Full Ice Train Races

For age level: 0

Explanation: One player stands in front of the other, holding both sticks. The front player is the engine. The back player is the caboose and glides. After a turn around the far pylon, players wsith places. To make it competitive, teams of two or three race each other.

Tips: This drill is design to develop a long and powerful skating stride. Emphasize a strong leg push. It can also be compbined with quick start instructions. The same drill can be done with three players is a good team building drill.
