Team Registration Process

Step 1: Submit the team Entry Form

Step 2: Mail deposit or E-Transfer of $950 ASAP to:

Manitoba Lightning
7 Park Terrace Drive, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2J 3C6

All cheques should be made payable to Manitoba Lightning. Deposits must be mailed in ASAP to ensure acceptance of your team in the tournament.


Step 3: Reserve a Tournament sponsored hotel.
Tournament will make the initial contact with hotel for your team.
All teams MUST book with one of these hotels.
All teams MUST submit a hotel room list to their selected hotel.


Step 4:: By March 1, 2016, balance of payment ($1000) for tournament is due

Step 5: By April 1, 2016, complete the online Roster Form on the website and send your team logo to lpfrykas@shaw.ca. [Names and Numbers must be accurate for Stats and program purposes].
Any special requests must be email to lpfrykas@shaw.ca no later than April 1, 2016.

Step 6: Complete and sign team Waiver Form and mail it together with a photocopy of your team insurance policy to:

Step 7: All roster changes must be updated on the tournament website by Tuesday, May 10th at midnight. This will be your FINAL ROSTER.
