The Complete Pitcher Camp

Pitchers can expect to throw live bull pens once their arms are ready. The amount of throwing (on and off the mound) each session will gradually progress to build endurance over multiple innings. Pitchers are encouraged to participate in additional flat ground throwing between sessions to improve arm strength development.

Beginning skill level is not important. We love athletes who are willing to learn and the instruction will be appropriate to the age and skill level of each athlete.

About Your Pitching Camp Instructor

Lead Instruction is provided by Galen Sonntag. Galen played college baseball (including 3 NAIA National Championships) and played for the Canadian National Team. Galen has coached baseball in Regina and in Saskatoon for the past 10 years, all the way from Rookie Ball to Midget AAA.

The Complete Pitcher Camp Dates for 2010

Spring Training (March 14 to April 13)

March 14, the camp will run for 4-1/2 weeks with 2 sessions per week. The sessions are scheduled to accomodate Mosquito, Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget Pitchers. (group shuffling may occur depending on numbers). The scheduled times, dates and locations are are as follows:

Weather permitting, we will hold later sessions outdoors but we are booking indoor facilities.

The camp size maximum is 10 athletes in each group to ensure a safe environment and a low athlete to instructor ratio.

Cost for all 8 sessions is $205.

To Register for The Complete Pitcher Baseball Camp - Spring Training

Winter Instruction Program (Early January to end of March) - FULL

Beginning in early January, the camp will run for 12 weeks beginning January 5th. The sessions are scheduled to accomodate Mosquito, Pee Wee & Bantam. (Some group shuffling may occur depending on numbers). The scheduled times are as follows:

Mosquito & Pee Wee - 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget - 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

The camp size maximum is 10 athletes in each group to ensure a safe environment and a low athlete to instructor ratio.

Cost for all 12 sessions is $275

Camp dates are: Jan 5, Jan 12, Jan 19, Jan 26, Feb 2, Feb 9, Feb 23, Mar 2, Mar 9, Mar 16, Mar 23, Mar 30.
