Pitchers can expect to throw live bull pens once their arms are ready. The amount of throwing (on and off the mound) each session will gradually progress to build endurance over multiple innings. Pitchers are encouraged to participate in additional flat ground throwing between sessions to improve arm strength development.
Beginning skill level is not important. We love athletes who are willing to learn and the instruction will be appropriate to the age and skill level of each athlete.
